What are your delivery options and timeframes?

We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days, as well as local delivery for bulky items like garden furniture and compost. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return plants if I change my mind?

While we offer a 28-day return policy for most hardware and giftware, live plants are non-returnable unless they are found to be unhealthy or damaged upon arrival. Please contact our team within 48 hours if there is an issue with your plant.

Do you offer a guarantee on your plants?

Yes, we provide a 2-year hardy plant guarantee. If a hardy plant fails to thrive within two years of purchase, provided it has been properly cared for, we will replace it or issue a credit note.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay for a seamless checkout experience.

Is Click & Collect available for online orders?

Yes, you can select 'Click & Collect' at checkout. Most orders are ready for pickup at our Chessington store within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your items are ready.

What should I do if my garden furniture arrives damaged?

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice any damage, notify the delivery driver immediately and contact our customer service team within 24 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
